Strollercise
For the past three years, Jules has been the Program Director for theBoomerang Kids Strollercise Program. The program includes not only walking and running but a pilates-based core workout as well. Although the plan is structured with a dynamic warm-up and proper warm-down, there is a flexibility that allows each member to pursue their own potential. Strollercise is available to everyone, regardless of his/her fitness level. Whether the participant is a serious athlete or is just looking for a new social activity, the Strollercise program can meet their needs. Strollercise operates Monday through Friday from 10:15 a.m.- 11:15 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays meet at 1056 Bank Street, Tuesdays and Thursdays meet at 261 Richmond Road.
