Meet Jules

Jules is a Can FIt Pro certified personal trainer who has been practising in Ottawa, Ontario, for three years. Her motivation in becoming a personal trainer stemmed from her own struggle with weight loss, particularly after the birth of her two children, who are now 12 and 14. As a result of her own personal struggle, Jules focusses on getting fit and staying fit; over the long term. She has a keen interest in pre- and post-natal exercise. In addition to personal training, Jules currently leads the Strollercise program at Boomerang Kids, teaches Have a Ball with Mom classes at Starr Gymnastics and teaches a variety of courses at the Glebe Community Centre. She is also a passionate cardio-kickboxer. Jules' contagious energy and enthusiasm, as well as her knowledge are sure to motivate and inspire you.

 

SUNDAY MORNING BETTER THAN BOOT CAMP AT THE GLEBE COMMUNITY CENTRE FROM 9AM- 10AM

 Register now at the Glebe Community Centre for a fantastic 7 week bootcamp starting Feb 14th, until March 28th. Get a fantastic workout that includes cardio and strength training!
