Personal Training Jules' personal training sessions focus on core strength, cardiovascular,strength endurance and toning and stretching. Each session is tailored to meet the particular client’s needs. These sessions can take place in your home, office or at Jules’ home. More info.
Program Design Although Jules would much prefer to work with you personally, Jules will design a specific program for you, whether it be on the fitness ball, a free weight program or any other program. This is a great option for those of you who have been participating in Jules' fitness classes while on parental leave but are now returning to work and wanting to keep up the training. Fitness Classes Jules teaches a variety of classes at the Glebe Community Centre including Mom & Baby Fit, Cardio Kickboxing and Boot Camps. She also teaches Have a Ball with Mom classes at Starr Gymnastics. More info.
Boomerang Kids' Strollercise Jules is the Program Director for the free Strollercise program for mom and baby at Boomerang Kids. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday meet her at 10:15 a.m. at 1056 Bank Street for a warm-up, walk or run, and a cool down. She is at 261 Richmond Road Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. More info
