Why am I so passionate about mom and baby fitness? When I was pregnant with my first child I gained an incredible amount of weight.  I was way out of shape.  I was fat.  I wanted to go to a gym.  I needed to go.  However I had just spent nine months creating my child, so there was no way I was going leave my baby in the care of someone else while I went to an exercise class. The mother baby bond is one of the strongest forces  around.  Don't mess with it!  I wanted to create a fitness program for new moms, something that wasn't available to me when I needed it. Staying healthy is so important; important for you and important for your baby.  I'm passionate because I've been there - I know how hard it is to be a new mom, and I know how hard it is to lose extra weight.  However my approach to fitness is holistic.  It's not just about losing weight; it's about being healthy, about your overall fitness.  I know you are strong, and I know you can do it.
