 Adult Indoor Boot Camp 

Sunday Mornings
Join me for an indoor functional fitness at the Glebe Community Centre Sunday mornings from 9 a.m-10 a.m. Cardio, Strength training, plyometrics and other exercises.

Mom and Baby Indoor Boot Camp


 Lots of options this fall for Indoor Boot Camps! 

Join me at the Glebe Community Centre for a drop in session Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-3pm, or register early for the Adult BootCamp to be held at the Glebe Community Centre Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon until 1pm (non-crawling babies only). Registration information will be available August 14th through the Glebe Neighborhood Activities Group. 

You can also find me in Barrhaven at the Walter Baker Sports Centre at the following times:
1. Wednesdays 1-2 pm
2. Fridays 1-2 pm

Mom and Baby Outdoor Boot Camp - Summer 2010

The great thing about the Mom and Baby Bootcamp is that while mom works on strength training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility, baby can sit and watch in the shade, never out of sight from mom. Jules has hired an assistant who will spend a few minutes with each baby each class. 

Registration is now open for the following sessions in Summer 2010. If you are interested, please
contact Jules to save a spot for this popular program! Please indicate which sessions you would like in the email.

Sessions are $40.00 per 4 classes or 2 sessions for $70.00!

Workout with other Moms

Although the boot camp is a chance for you to work on your own fitness, it is also a chance to meet and work with like-minded moms as you work towards your goals. Your babies will enjoy the company of each other as well.

An Outdoor Experience

Regardless of your present fitness level, the Summer Mom and Baby Outdoor Boot Camp offers you a great chance to get fit in the great outdoors. Enjoy the hills, the drills, and the thrills as you challenge yourself to build muscle, lose weight and strengthen your core.

Cardiovascular Fitness

Although every boot camp session is different, Jules will use the landscape to improve cardiovascular fitness! Yes, that means hills, but don't worry, each mom will work at her own pace to challenge herself.

Strength Training

Boot camp is a new experience every time but there will always be a variety of exercises to help strengthen the core and build muscle. This is a perfect opportunity for baby to participate on the lawn with you as you exercise the abdominals and the glutes and stretch to improve your flexibility.
